OneDi guarantees all products to be free from defects in material & workmanship and our items are returnable within 30 days of delivery . The refund will be the purchase price, minus the cost of outbound shipping. Return shipping is buyer's responsibility.
An order number is required prior to returning the order, so please contact us at hello@onedi.in to let us know about your return. We will provide you with a return order number and the return address.
In the instance a return is received without order number refund might not be issued and return might be discarded.
